Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing DJDrops4U.com. We specialize in custom DJ drops and digital audio services. Because all of our products are delivered electronically and created specifically for each customer, our refund and return rules differ from physical goods.


1. No Returns on Digital Products

All audio products delivered by DJDrops4U.com are digital files.
Digital items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once they have been delivered or downloaded.


2. Custom Orders Are Final

Most of our services involve custom, personalized audio based on your script or instructions.

For this reason:

Once production has begun, all sales are final.
We cannot issue refunds for custom voiceovers or DJ drops that have already been recorded or edited.


3. When Refunds May Be Allowed

Refunds may only be considered when:

  • Your order has not yet entered production, and
  • You request cancellation within a reasonable timeframe after purchase.

Approval of refunds is at our discretion.

If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.


4. Mistakes or Technical Issues

If you receive a file that is:

  • Incorrect
  • Corrupted
  • Incomplete
  • Containing an error that is clearly our fault

We will fix, revise, or resend the audio free of charge.

You must notify us within 7 days of the issue.


5. Revisions

Some products may include free or paid revisions, depending on the package you purchased. Revision terms will be stated on the product page.

Revisions due to customer errors—such as typos, script changes, or updated instructions—may require an additional fee.


6. Delivery Policy

Digital audio files are delivered via:

  • Your account dashboard
  • Email notification
  • Direct download link

Normal delivery time is 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated.

Delays caused by incorrect information, incomplete scripts, or technical issues on the customer’s end are not eligible for refunds.


7. Chargebacks

Filing a payment dispute or chargeback on completed custom work is considered unauthorized use of our services.

We reserve the right to:

  • Provide proof of delivery and work completed
  • Contest fraudulent or invalid chargebacks
  • Restrict or terminate accounts involved in repeated disputes
